LaShonda Prim is a transformational speaker, author, coach, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping women rise above their circumstances and step boldly into the life they desire.

As a U.S. Army veteran and the founder of multiple businesses, LaShonda turns real-life struggles into powerful lessons—teaching women how to shift their mindset, overcome obstacles, and create lasting change regardless of their past or present situation.

Through her message, she empowers women to release limiting beliefs, embrace growth, and build lives rooted in purpose, confidence, and success.

I’ve attended both a Vision Board session as well as a several Women Empowerment Coaching sessions with Lashonda and have always left looking forward to the next session!!
