Join me on a wellness journey
For those of you who aren’t sure what this is, I’m actually working on simple things like my water intake walking 10 minutes after my meal and sleeping at a reasonable time. I have had three naps today and it brought me to a good energy level so if any of you are interested, this is a great app that you can try out. I screenshot it so that you can see it and hopefully we all can hold each other accountable this year. The app is called BodyWave and below. You will see some of the things that actually tracks for me. It even tells me when I’m stressed and I think we all can use that.🤣seriously I hope you all will join me on this journey to wellness because I believe that if we hear what we can, God will heal the rest.
