I started a personal 21 Day Prayer challenge that includes fasting. I’m on day 4 today. I wake up not moving from my position in bed. I say Thank You Jesus several times as my consciousness is waking up. I immediately go into prayer in bed then on into worship service while I get ready for work. Then in my office I pray again and start journaling my day, my Thankfulness, my gratefulness. And I start my day.
